Gore-Tex to launch its first concept space in Tokyo
today Oct 30, 2015
Gore-Tex is launching its first concept space in Tokyo in collaboration with 8 outdoor brands. This space, named “Gore-Tex(R) products presents Crossover-Base”, will be open from 6 to 8 November.
Collaborating with Aigle, Arc'teryx, Burton, Foxfire, Haglöfs, Mammut, Marmot, and The North Face, this concept space will propose different areas for testing Gore-Tex’s functionality. For example, visitors can explore nature with a virtual reality headset “Crossover – Skywalk” or experience heavy rain in its “Rain chamber”. There will also be each brand’s own concept corner.
This project is part of the “Crossover The Fields” campaign led by Japan Gore-Tex Inc., which tends to target the younger 20’s to 30’s population.
