Watches of Switzerland opens first Tudor store in Scotland

Yet another opening from the fast expanding Watches of Switzerland Group. This time the UK luxury timepiece and fine jewellery specialist has opened its third monobrand boutique with Swiss watch brand Tudor.

The new Glasgow boutique is the brand’s first in Scotland, located on Buchanan Street in the heart of the city centre. 

“Following the success of the two existing Tudor boutiques we are thrilled to announce the third monobrand boutique with Tudor as part of our store expansion plans”, says Craig Bolton, president of the Watches of Switzerland Group UK & Europe. 

“We take great pride in working with our brand partners to showcase their products and stories in the most authentic and engaging way possible.” 

A Tudor spokesperson added that the third store “truly cements the brand presence across the UK. Located in a key area such as Glasgow city centre will allow us to further increase brand awareness.”

The new boutique encompasses the brands style with red, black and grey colour hues combined with a mixture of high-quality finishes. The store also features a unique historical corner documenting the 60 years of Tudor diving watches, including periodic exhibitions displaying the evolution of the watches over the years. 

Product on offer includes a range of classic, sporty, diving and heritage inspired watches for men and women. The exclusive Black Bay Fifty-Eight Bronze Boutique Edition, which is available only at Tudor monobrand boutiques, makes the store the only place in Scotland to carry this specific watch.
