UK footwear Brand Hotter appoints new Omni-Channel Director

Lancashire-based footwear brand Hotter has announced that Victoria Betts is joining the business as its first Omni-Channel Director to support the company’s rapid expansion across all retail platforms.

Hotter is a comfort shoe brand with 76 UK stores, an international website and a mail order catalogue business in the UK and the US.

Victoria Betts will be responsible for creating a seamless shopping experience for Hotter’s customers across UK, Europe and US markets and enhance its reputation in the niche 50 plus market.

“Our business has grown rapidly in recent years and we are single minded in our determination to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all channels, leveraging our brand USP’s of true comfort, real quality and great style,” said d Hotter CEO Sara Prowse. “Vicky’s passion for the customer, brand strategy and her omnichannel experience across ecom, direct and retail, will be instrumental in fuelling our determination to double our business in the next five years.”

Victoria Betts has over 16 years of experience working in retail and was most recently Global Ecommerce Trading Director for Missguided.
