Topshop, owned by parent company Arcadia, may have trouble fulfilling orders on Cyber Monday, November 28, as close to 200 workers have announced plans to strike.

Workers who manage online sales for Arcadia at the depot in Shirley, which is operated by Spectrum, a division of logistics company DHL, plan to walk out on Monday.

Most workers at the depot are paid the minimum wage of £7.20 an hour, while the GMB Union are asking for £8,45.

The threat comes just days before Arcadia is expected to announce its full-year results. What’s more, CEO Philip Green is already under increasing pressure from British parliamentarians. The CEO needs to settle a £571 million pension deficit at BHS, which was sold this year, as well as faces calls for assets to be seized including his £100 million yacht.

Last year, Arcadia saw a 5 percent increase in profits, made possible by the expansion of its Topshop chain and the sale of BHS. Sales for the most part have remained stable at £2,07 billion.

The parent company owns Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis, Miss Selfridge, Evans and Burton
