Rebecca Minkoff recently opened the doors to her new Los Angeles retail location on Melrose Avenue, the third flagship store to open by the company in the United States.
The 4,600-square-foot flagship 'connected store' features the eBay powered technology that the brand debuted at its New York and San Francisco locations last year, and a 750-square-foot rotating art, music and technology space called Minkoff Projects. The store carries the entire Rebecca Minkoff collection including handbags, ready-to-wear, denim, shoes, jewelry, wearable tech, small leather goods, accessories and the brand’s new athleisure line.
“I feel so incredibly grateful and excited to open yet another store in California; a place near and dear to our hearts and our home state. We have really been focusing on expanding our brick and mortar stores this year and this store, in particular, represents the millennial woman and her approach to shopping-- it was designed to personally identify with our customer,” said Rebecca Minkoff.
In addition, the Melrose flagship doubles as the first ever Uri Minkoff flagship store. The Uri Minkoff store carries the full men’s accessories range and the new shoe line that debuted this season.
Rebecca Minkoff has revealed plans to open a location in Chicago later this year, as well as locations in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and other international stores this year.
