Loris Azzaro's duo of artistic directors step down

The Loris Azzaro house and artistic duo Arnaud Maillard and Alvaro Castejón announced on Wednesday evening that they are parting ways.​

Arnaud Maillard and Alvaro Castejón began their tenures as artistic directors for the couture house in 2013. “We would like to thank Arnaud and Alvaro for their contributions these past years. They were able to impart a new dynamic to the history of the brand through modernization, while at the same time remaining faithful to the codes and spirit of the house's founder,” said Javier Abaroa, CEO of Loris Azzaro.
 
The brand said in its statement that a new artistic director will be announced shortly and will be a good fit with the label's creative drive and expansion.

Azzaro is owned by the Reig Capital group based in the Principality of Andorra, which also owns the Vasari Spanish jewelery brand.
