Le Coq Sportif opens first UK store

This past Thursday saw the opening of French brand Le Coq Sportif’s first ever UK store in London’s popular Covent Garden. The flagship is situated on the corner of Earlham and Mercer Street.

The flagship measures 256 square metres and carries clothing, footwear and accessories for both men and women. As for design, the store's interior is modern and reflects the Le Coq Sportif aesthetic with it's pure lines and modern style. For the French athletic brand, this London location is expected to become one of the label’s key concept stores in Europe.

The London store is the latest in a string of European openings, pursuing the brand's strategy which targets major Europen cities. Le Coq Sportif has opened retail spaces in Paris, Milan, Lille, and Marseille and most recently, Barcelona.
