Koovs CFO steps down

Leading Indian e-commerce retailer Koovs has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Roy Naismith, has stepped down from his position and from the board.

The company, listed on London’s AIM, said the CFO responsibilities will be assumed by Rob Pursell, who has been appointed to the role with immediate effect.

Koovs has recently closed a round of capital raising at £26.2 million. The funds will be used for investment in marketing, as he company moves forward in its growth plan with the aim of becoming India’s largest fashion destination by 2020.  

Rob Pursell is a seasoned CFO with experience in both the UK and international markets. He joins Koovs from Eviivo Limited, a software development business based in London.
