Kiabi launches SõaSõa, its plus size women’s fashion e-shop

Kiabi is launching a new website dedicated to plus size women’s fashion: SõaSõa. The e-shop offers a wide range of affordable products (ready-to-wear, lingerie, accessories...) from size 46 to 60. The images are attractive and customers can develop active community, with discussions between both members and with the online store’s customer service team.

This is not a first for Kiabi, which previously launched two other "start-up" sites: Pajamas & Co and Costume & Co. 

The project is once again being carried out by Kiabi’s internal team, which is aiming to test out new segments in order to meet the demands of a specific audience. Kiabi is proving these "pure players" with quality service: home delivery and relay points, 30-day returns, secure options…
