Kenzo has unveiled the comedy film "Here Now," directed by American filmmaker Gregg Araki.

Starring up-and-coming actors Jake Weary, Nicole La Liberte and Avan Jogia, the film sees the characters sporting pieces from the brand's vibrant and eclectic Fall/Winter 2015 collection. The deadpan production focuses on a group of twenty-somethings and the drama of their daily lives.

The original short was both written and directed by Araki, one of the leading talents of the New Queer Cinema movement.

It is accompanied by the brand's Fall/Winter campaign, featuring movie poster images from the film.

"I think this season the clothes match the psychedelic kaleidoscopic viewpoint of the movies," says Araki. " I always knew that it was gonna really be that the clothes have to be the important part in it, that style had to be part of the collaboration."

Kenzo isn't the only brand developing its foray into the world of cinema for the new season -- Dior Homme also recently released a teaser for a movie set to accompany the retail launch of its new catwalk collection.

Starring model-turned-actor Boyd Holbrook, the film tells the tale of the day in the life of an American in Paris. Titled "Paris XVIE," it is set at night and features a dapper-looking Holbrook wandering the French capital's streets after nightfall.

His rakish suit contrasts with the late-night neon signs flashing behind him, perfectly capturing the "subversive elegance" of the collection that Dior hoped to express in the clip. It is set for release on August 31.
