Joseph launches handbag line

Because you are not a luxury brand until you launch a handbag collection... The British multi-brand retailer is launching a line of handbagsfor the Autumn-Winter 2013 season, a first for the company.

Designed with accessory designer Katie Hillier as technical consultant, the collection comprises of six minimalistic bags in five different colours.

The handbags go on sale this month in around 40 stores located in the United Kingdom, France, the U.S. and Japan.

The company is was taken over by Japanese group Onward in 2005. Its founder, Joseph Ettedguim, died just a few years later in 2010.
