French label Sézane unveils festive collaboration with Manoush

French label Sézane, launched online by designer Morgane Sézalory in 2013, is launching several collaborations as the year-end festivities approach. For the jolliest one, Sézane teamed up with another Parisian label, Manoush. The collection features 20 items, including knitwear embroidered with floral motifs, plumetis shirts, pleated lamé skirts and silk dresses. It will be available from December 9 on the Sézane website and at its Appartement Parisien store in Paris, at prices between €75 and €210.

In parallel, Sézane is inviting three ‘friend’ brands to celebrate the festivities together. The first is Vanity Boum, with which Sézane is presenting three smoked-glass lamps priced at €110 each, available at the gift shop of the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche department store in Paris, at Sézane’s Appartement Parisien and on the label’s website. Another is jewellery designer Magali Pont, who created eight costume jewellery pieces with Sézane, available on the latter's e-shop for between €45 and €75. Finally, with French knitwear brand In The Wool For Love, Sézalory and her staff worked on a sweatshirt and a T-shirt, the proceeds of the sales going to the designer’s charity project Demain, launched by Sézalory last January with the objective of raising €1 million in donations for the first year.

Last June, Sézalory and her associate Corentin Petit welcomed a new minority shareholder in their company, US investment fund General Atlantic. Sézane opened another Appartement store in Aix-en-Provence, France, at the end of spring, initially for the summer and now as a permanent venue, and since September it has opened a second 'Conciergerie' in Paris (a place where customers can collect their online orders) and a first store in London.
