Half blog, half corporate website, ‘Dior Mag’ which just went live this Wednesday will aim to help its millions of fans discover more about the world of the fashion house. The website will contain current news as well as general information around Dior’s history.

Available in English and French, ‘Dior Mag’ also stores many high resolution images. Applications for tablet computers and mobile phones should also be available soon.

The fashion house said that it chose the leap day (February 29) to launch its website because it is “a breach in the calendar, a door that opens onto another time.” But it is also a date right in the middle of Paris Fashion Week, just in time to create a buzz around the brand before its ready-to-wear catwalk show this Friday (March 2nd).
