Chanel renews partnership with Luxottica

Luxottica and Chanel have signed a new exclusive international licensing agreement for the development, manufacture and distribution of prescription frames and sunglasses. The new agreement runs until December 31, 2018.

"We are extremely pleased with this strategic agreement for our group which marks the further extension of an already long-standing relationship between our two companies," said Andrea Guerra, CEO of Luxottica.

The first partnership between the Italian company and Chanel dates back to 1999.
