ASOS opens experiential pop-ups ahead of Black Friday

Published

ASOS has begun its Black Friday promotions with a series of experiential mobile pop-ups that started in Liverpool on Monday.

ASOS

The company pitched up in London on Tuesday and will then move on to Nottingham, and Manchester this week with visitors getting a chance to win prizes ranging from one of four £1,000 gift cards to exclusive ASOS merchandise.

The pop-ups launched at Liverpool One’s Paradise Place before moving on to London’s Boxpark in Shoreditch, then Nottingham’s Trinity Square on Wednesday and Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens on Thursday.

Visitors can play the ASOS claw-grabber arcade game to win the prizes that include ASOS Design clothing and selected face and body products.

Anyone who takes part will also receive an ASOS-branded tote bag, as well as a free coffee for those with the e-tailer’s app installed.

This all follows a two-week build-up during which time the company has run an out-of-home ad campaign in Manchester and Camden Town (close to the firm’s HQ) highlighting its “unique product offer” in the run up to the peak sales period.
