Nordstrom-owned personalized styling service Trunk Club has reopened its Clubhouse and HQ in its hometown of Chicago, revealing a reconceptualized retail space which aims to improve customer experience.
The over 74,000-square-foot location now has a new branded marquee sign and features fitting rooms with individual designs inspired by the different brands sold by Trunk Club. A number of furniture items in the Clubhouse are the result of the styling service’s recently announced partnership with CB2 for the “Live Your Style” campaign.
“We wanted to create a space for customers and employees that feels comfortable and different from other brick-and-mortar retail. We're proud to call Chicago our home and introduce our newly refurbished Clubhouse to the community,” said Trunk Club COO Linda Bartman in a release.
Other than Chicago, Trunk Club currently operates Clubhouses in Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City and Washington DC. The company also offers its services online through a virtual styling experience, which involves a personal stylist sending a curated trunk of clothing to customers.
Trunk Club’s refurbished Chicago Clubhouse reopened on October 12 at 325 W. Ohio Street, Chicago.
