New board members at Benetton

As anticipated last April, the AGM of Benetton Group Srl has ratified the appointment as non-executive board member of James McArthur, who was co-opted on 3rd March, and appointed Marco Patuano to the board.

The board also appointed Fabio Buttignon as Chairman of the Internal Control and Risks Management Committee, and Francesco Panfilo as Chairman of the HR and Remuneration Committee, while Tommaso Barracco was confirmed as the head of the Investment Committee.

On 16th May, Tommaso Brusò will join the group as Chief Operating Officer, while Chiara Mio has stepped down from the chairmanship of the Sustainability Committee.

The AGM was also the occasion for thanking the departing board members Marco Airoldi, who since 2013 was active first as a consultant and then as CEO and General Manager, contributing to the drawing up of the group's refocus and relaunch plan, and Alfredo Malguzzi.
