MILAN, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Italian luxury shoe and bag maker Tod's SpA has signed a five-year licence agreement with eyewear group Marcolin SpA for the design, production and distribution of glasses and sunglasses.

Tod's said in a statement the first eyewear collections for Tod's and its brand Hogan would be launched in spring/summer 2010. The contracts will be for five years, it said.
