Desigual introduces sportswear range at Premium

Desigual, the Spanish brand known for its patchwork designs and colourful prints, makes its first appearance at Berlin trade show Premium with its new sportswear line. Womenswear, denim and accessories are also on display at rival trade event Panorama, but it was Premium’s athleisure focus that convinced Desigual to choose the fair to introduce the new range.

“We want to appeal to new customers. The activewear area makes particular sense for Desigual Sport,” says Tanja Wiesent, sales manager for Desigual in DACH countries and Easter Europe, to FashionNetwork.com.

Parts of the sports collection will be rolled out across Desigual’s European flagship stores over the coming months.

The collection includes tops, shirts, trousers, jackets, leggings and bags – all continuing the label’s quirky visual narrative.
