June 15 (Reuters) - Burani Designer Holding NV (BRDH.L) said it delayed the release of its full-year results as two of its subsidiaries did not provide their financial statements in a timely fashion.

The provider of Italian lifestyle products on Monday 15 June said Arcte SpA has been recently focused on reorganising its workforce and Food Design SpA has been focused on reorganising its administrative reporting function.

Therefore, these units have not been able to finalise the preparation of their financial statements, said Burani Designer, which will delist from AIM effective June 16.

The company also said it was proposing to call its annual shareholders' meeting for the end of June at which it will seek approval for an extension up to Nov. 30 to prepare its accounts for the year ended December 2008.
